Welcome to Module 07 of the Audio Creation Kit.
Firstly, can I just say a HUGE thank-you for sticking with me.
As you may already know, this is the final installment of the Audio Creation Kit, but I hope you've enjoyed it so far?
I also hope you'll agree that I have distilled down just how easy it can be to make your own audio products.
But to be honest with you, I see this as just the beginning of your journey into creating your own audio products and I hope I've helped you on your way.
Now, although we've covered quite a lot already, for this final module I wanted to give you something ‘special'…
You've probably heard of podcasting already.
It's one of the ‘buzz words' in today's digital world.
A podcast is, for all intents & purposes, a pre-recorded show that you can download and listen to (or watch) on-demand.
And for product creators like you, they are also a great way to reach out to your audience.
By using the equipment we've already spoken about, you could easily create your first podcast today.
But creating your podcast is only part of the story.
Once it's ready, you'll need to ‘publish' it so that people can find it.
There are various Podcast Directories, but the best place to publish your podcast is the Apple iTunes store.
It has millions of visitors from all over the world who are seeking content.
Your job is to get your podcast in front of those people so that you start building your audience.
So, for this final module, I want to show you how to do just that.
Yes, I will show you how to publish your own podcast on iTunes.
To explain it all here would take too long, so I've written an eBook that will show you the exact steps you need to take in order to publish your podcast onto iTunes.]
